Security
We urge delegates to take care of their personal possessions and exhibitors to be particularly aware during the periods of exhibition build-up and breakdown. Lockup storage available. Name badges must be displayed at all times for security reasons.

Teas, Lunches & Social Functions

Daily refreshments will be served in the Exihibition Hall throughout the conference.

Opening Welcome will be held in the Exhibition Hall, Thursday 8 September.

The Celebration function wil be held at Moyo Ushaka, Saturday 10 September - Booking is Essential.

All costs are included in the registration fee.

 

CPD Accreditation
Delegates will receive a bar coded name badge when registering at the Congress. Daily scanning of name badges is required to achieve maximum CPD points and for record of attendance. Scanning will take place daily at the Registration Desk.

Admission Badge/Accreditation
Delegates are required to display their Congress badge at all times during the academic sessions, in the exhibition area and when attending social functions. Only participants or accompanying persons wearing a Congress badge will be admitted. No exceptions to this rule will be made.

Language
The official language of the Congress will be English. No simultaneous translations will be provided.

Registration and Information Desk
This service will be situated in the Convention Centre Foyer and will be open daily for the duration of the congress.
